Our jewellery always comes with a full and detailed receipts with metal type, stones weights and sizes and any available provenance. Some gemstones will come with Laboratory reports and this is a service that can be available on request

Do they come insured?

Your order is covered under our insurance as long as it is delivered to the correct address provided when you order. See our delivery page for more info

What is the condition of the products?

All products will be have been checked and any restoration needed undertaken in our workshop so they will always be in the best possible condition.

How can you check the purity of a vintage or antique bangle or bracelet?

If the ring is hallmarked that information will be displayed in the description and on the receipt. If not, then we will test the item and again display the results on both the description and the receipt

What is the difference between bangles and bracelets?

How to measure the wrist size carefully?

Use a flexible measuring tape: Wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone (where you'd normally wear a bracelet). If you don’t have a tape measure, use a strip of paper or a piece of string: Mark where the paper or string overlaps, then measure that length with a ruler
