How can I measure my ring size?

Please see our ring sizing guide and tool. Also, you are more than welcome to come into store and we can measure your finger in person. Please note every country uses a slightly different system of measure, however we can work from any as long as with know the country of origin.

Can the ring be resized?

Most of our rings can be sized up or down a number of sizes, however there are limited instances where sizing can impact the integrity and quality of a ring and therefore, not possible. Please do ask us as we will always do what we can!

How do I clean and maintain my rings?

Rings that are worn everyday should be cleaned very gently. See our page (link) on exact methods for cleaning your jewellery by type and minimising damage. We recommend you have your rings professionally cleaned to ensure it is done safely. Contact us to book an appointment.
