How can I clean and take care of my necklace?

To care for your necklace, wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing. For a deeper clean, soak it in warm water with mild soap and gently brush with a soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions, which can damage metals and gemstones. Store it in a fabric-lined box to prevent tangling or scratches. Do you offer engraving or customisation?

Yes we can offer a number of ways to personalise a pendant through engraving, setting stones into the piece or we can make a complete one of bespoke piece for you from scratch . Contact us to explore the options

What size necklace/chain do I need?

Determine Necklace Style:

Decide what type of necklace you want (e.g., choker, princess, matinee, etc.) since the length will vary based on style.

Measure Your Neck Size:

- Wrap the measuring tape around the base of your neck, just above your collarbone.

- Ensure it's snug but comfortable, allowing space for a finger.

- Note the measurement in inches or centimeters.

Select Desired Length:

- Choker: 14-16 inches (35-40 cm)

- Princess: 17-19 inches (43-48 cm) – the most common length.

- Matinee: 20-24 inches (50-61 cm) – sits below the collarbone.

- Opera: 28-34 inches (71-86 cm) – can be worn as a single long strand or doubled.

- Rope: 36 inches or longer (91 cm+) – can be styled in various ways

Is the jewellery certified? 

Our jewellery always comes with a full and detailed receipt with metal type, stone weights and sizes and any available provenance. Some gemstones will come with Laboratory reports and this is a service that can be also offer for an additional fee
